  • All custom landscape paintings are specially packaged and shipped to protect the integrity of the original painting. All custom paintings have a $9.00 shipping charge with a 5-6 day standard shipping turnaround time.

  • If you are unsatisfied with an art print or ornament order, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging

    We will email you a return shipping label to use, provided you cover the shipping cost for the return.

  • To request a refund, please use the Contact Form from this website to submit your request for a return. We will email you a return shipping label to use. To cover the return shipping cost, a $5 fee will be deducted from your final return refund. Refund processing time may take up to 5 days.

    Please note that custom landscape painting commissions cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
